Updates for 2008:
The Christmas
books for children page has been modestly re-vamped, with
some new titles included for 2008.
The Christmas
Traditions page has been updated. More soon on all those
pages.
We're currently updating Christmas films and writing some
pages for TV too. We've got some more to watch,
either for the first time or as a reminder: look out for updates.
More to come soon:
books for the 'Spirit of Christmas' section. Includes more books for
children, fictional Christmases and books about Christmas.
Lots
more Christmassy music included - reviews and recommendations for all
kinds of seasonal tunes, including albums, classical collections and a
small bag of recordings of Handel's Messiah. |

so easy to get bogged down in spending money and running around at the
last minute, and in all that
busy-ness & toil we forget that Christmas is a feast
of love, celebration & peace.
Our
hearts grow tender with childhood memories & love of
kindred, and we
are better throughout the year for having, in spirit,
become
a
child
again at Christmas-time.
